Sales and Marketing Professional
The Sales and Marketing Professional program provides students with a practical foundation in sales and marketing practices to start exciting careers in the fast-paced world of sales and marketing.
Students examine a wide range of sales and marketing practices, including buyer behavior, marketing strategies and direct response advertising. Students also examine the various legal, ethical and social issues surrounding the sales profession. Other topics include accounting fundamentals, business communication, customer relations and interpersonal skills.
After gaining some experience, graduates may be eligible for Certified Professional Salesperson (SCPS) designation through the Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI).
Career opportunities include sales representative, marketing assistant, sales consultant or advisor.
Duration: 42 weeks (including practicum)
